RANDOLPH COUNTY, MO – A scam reported out of Randolph County reportedly attempts to gain Social Security information from the victim.
According to Randolph County Sheriff Friday morning, victims are receiving automated calls that provide call-back numbers allowing victims to send money to a fictitious Social Security Administration official to avoid arrest.
The Sheriff tells residents not to give any personal information.
