LIVINGSTON MO A Chillicothe man being charged with felony sodomy in the first degree with victim less than 12 years old has received a bond. According to Livingston Court documents 29-year-old Richard James Stumph no-bond was amended to $50,000 cash only bond, with 10 percent allowed.
Should Stumph make bond he is ordered to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18, be under supervised services, and wear a GPS monitoring device.
Stumph remains in Davies/Dekalb County jail.
