RAY COUNTY, MO – The arrest of two area residents Friday morning by Highway Patrol was preceded by an outstanding warrant for vehicle theft.
The subject of the Carroll County warrant, Katherine Lackey, 23, of Hardin, was also cited for destruction of state property, fleeing, public indecency, and drug possession. An arrest report says Chase Mulligan, 28, of Norborne, was also detained by troopers, and was recommended for charges including aiding a fleeing felon, public indecency, and drug possession.
The stealing charge against lackey carries a $5,000 bond. Other charges are pending.
