BOONE COUNTY — Troopers arrested a Columbia man in Boone County for alleged drug possession and driving under the influence of alcohol Saturday morning.
According to the arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Nathan K. Ferguson, 45, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. Saturday.
Ferguson has been preliminarily charged with driving while intoxicated, his first offense, and felony possession of a controlled substance -ecstasy.
He was taken to the Boone County Jail where he is listed as bondable. Formal charges are pending.
