PUTNAM COUNTY, MO – A resident of Unionville was arrested on several allegations by Highway Patrol in Putnam County last night.
Details in an arrest report by troopers suggest Tylor Ryals, 29, violated an order of protection prior to arrest. Additional charges listed include resisting arrest, and possession of methamphetamine, pills, marijuana, and paraphernalia.
Ryals was taken to Putnam County Jail for a 24-hour holding period.
