
BUCHANAN COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a St. Joseph man on several drug allegations just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
According to the arrest report posted by Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 21-year-old Draek A. Durbin is suspected of felony possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated by drugs and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.
Durbin remains in custody at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center was he awaits formal charges.
