RAY COUNTY, Mo. – An Excelsior Springs man spent Saturday night in the Ray County Jail on several drug allegations.
An arrest report filed by the Missouri 
Highway Patrol indicated Michael C. Hurt, 56, was arrested just after 4:30 p.m. yesterday. Hurt faces preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hurt remains on a 24 hour investigative hold.
