MONITEAU COUNTY, MO – Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Fortuna man suspected of armed criminal action over the weekend.
Moniteau deputies took into custody Timothy Hancock, 35, Sunday after he allegedly tried to run down a UTV and its occupants with his vehicle. Moniteau County Sheriff says deputies believed Hancock was attempting to hit his girlfriend and son in the UTV on a gravel road. During an arrest, Hancock reportedly advanced in a threatening manner toward a deputy. He was arrested on charges of armed criminal action, domestic assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
