RICHMOND, MO – Missouri Highway Patrol were in Ray County for an arrest yesterday evening.
Troopers stopped Cole Racy, 23, of Richmond for suspicion of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary charges listed in an arrest report also include speeding, and warrants out of Excelsior Springs. Racy was detained at Ray County Jail for a 24-hour investigation.
