PETTIS COUNTY, MO – Prosecutors may decide to charge an Otterville man after his arrest early Sunday morning by Highway Patrol.
An arrest report names Willie Waddell, 50, as accused of a felony for driving while intoxicated. He would be charged as a persistent offender. additional charges may include driving while revoked or suspended, speeding, and no seat belt. Waddell was sent to Pettis county Jail in lieu of bond.
