BATES COUNTY, Mo. — Two Oklahoma residents are facing possible charges after they were arrested with drugs in Bates County early Tuesday morning.
Arrest reports from the Missouri Highway Patrol indicate that troopers detained Carl J. Harris, 41 and Kerri M. Todd, 40, both of Tulsa, Ok. on drug allegations around 1:46 a.m. Tuesday.
The report indicates that Todd faces an accusation of felony possession of a controlled substance – PCP while Harris is accused of felony possession of cocaine.
Both subjects were taken to the Bates County Jail, where they were processed and released. Formal charges are currently pending in a Bates County courtroom.
