SALINE COUNTY, Mo. — Two out-of-state residents are facing felony allegations in Saline County.
According to arrest reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, two men from Cincinnati, Ohio were detained around 5:22 p.m. Monday in Saline county on multiple charges.
David A. Fiora,19 and Andrew T. Fiora, 21 are both preliminarily charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – hash and misdemeanors for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
In addition, the elder Fiora is accused of felony possession of lysergic acid diethylamide.
Both were taken to the Saline County Jail where they were processed and released. Formal charges are currently pending in a Saline County courtroom.
