DAVIESS COUNTY, MO – The case of a Provo Utah man accused of terrorism in Missouri is expected to continue today in Daviess County.
A hearing regarding a mental examination ordered in April for Brinton Bingham has been delayed thus far. Bingham was charged with making a terrorist threat after allegedly threatening a County deputy over a previous fine incurred in court. the hearing today is set for 1:30 p.m.
