MARSHALL, Mo. — A Marshall man accused of sodomy is scheduled for a court hearing Monday morning.
A trial date is set to be scheduled at 9 a.m. Monday in a Saline County courtroom for Monoleto Morand, 42.
Morand is suspected of four counts attempted sodomy when the victim is less than 12 years of age.
A motion for change of venue is also yet to be decided, according to records. Bond remains set at $250,000.
