JACKSON COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri Highway Patrol issued several summons to a Kearney driver alleged to have been found in possession of drugs Wednesday night.
The arrest report alleges that 22-year-old Dominick M. Turner was in felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana when he was stopped for speeding just after 11:00 p.m. in Jackson County.
Turner was processed at the scene and given a date to appear in court.
Formal charges are currently pending.
