RAY COUNTY, Mo. — Formal charges will be sought against a Richmond man arrested on a couple of felony drug allegations Thursday night.
The report says a trooper in Ray County stopped 40-year-old Jason C. Richardson around 11:27 p.m. Thursday.
Along with a citation for allegedly not wearing a seat belt, Richardson faces accusations of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of prescription pills, possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Richardson remains on a 24-hour investigative hold at the Ray County Jail.
