RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Richmond man remains in custody this morning, after being arrested on several warrants and drug allegations in Ray County last night.
The Missouri Highway Patrol picked up Shane M. Richart, 44, around 10:15 p.m., Thursday night. The arrest report alleges Rickart was wanted on three Ray County warrants. During the arrest, the trooper reportedly seized methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Rickart is being held without bond pending the filing of additional charges.
