ADAIR COUNTY, Mo. – A Kirksville woman has a $10,000 cash only bond for a drug charge filed in Adair County Friday afternoon.
A trooper arrested Shelby L. Willis,
23, just after 1:00 p.m., yesterday afternoon. According to the highway patrol arrest report, Willis was in felony possession of Hydrocodone at the time of her arrest. She is now charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
A date for her arraignment has not yet been scheduled.
