SEDALIA, MO – Formal arraignment took place Monday for a Sedalia man arrested on drug allegations.
An arrest Thursday, April 19 was made by police after a tip from an unidentified informant arrested for drug possession.
According to a probable cause statement, Sedalia Police confiscated what they believed to be methamphetamine and marijuana from a vehicle in Scott Joplin Park, which was occupied by Randy L. Thomas, 45.
Charges include possession of controlled substances, and distribution in a protected location. He is in custody with cash or surety bond set at $50,000.
A bond reduction hearing is scheduled for May 1st.
