JOHNSON COUNTY, MO – A Higginsville resident was arrested Thursday evening in Johnson County by state troopers.
An arrest report says, Joseph B Murphy, 35, had warrants out of Johnson and Lafayette County, including for habitual DWI, when he was taken into custody after 5:30 p.m. He was additionally charged with fleeing from officers, speeding and no insurance.
He was jailed in Johnson county in lieu of bond.
