CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. – A Roach, Missouri, driver has spent the night in the Camden County Jail.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report, John B. Skinner, 31, was originally taken into custody for alleged driving while revoked for the third or subsequent time, just before 5:30 Thursday. During his arrest, Skinner was allegedly found in felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Formal charges are expected to be filed on Skinner later today.
