HENRY COUNTY, Mo. — A traffic stop resulted in a number of charges for a Creighton man late Friday night.
According to a news release from the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Kyle Holden was arrested at approximately 10:25 p.m. Friday, March 30.
Holden was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for allegations of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was also issued citations for purchasing or attempting to purchase alcohol as a minor and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.
Holden was released pending the filing of formal charges.
