Ronald Nickell
KIRKSVILLE, Mo – A registered sex offender, Brookfield resident, Ronald Nickell, 67, is scheduled as the defendant in a jury trial in June.
At a hearing May 25, 2016, the motion for continuance was heard, moving the trial to an 8:30 a.m. docket listing, June 28, 29.
A single felony charge of attempted enticement of a child will be considered. The allegation was filed in July, 2014 after an undercover agent, posing as a 13-year-old, made contact with Nickell in an internet communication.
The trial commences in Adair Circuit Court in Kirksville.
