MARSHALL, MO – Marshall police took two into custody early Sunday morning after a vehicle chase.
According to an information release, the suspect vehicle attempted to avoid a traffic stop after 3 a.m., driving down several streets, and finally leaving the city limits on 225 Road. Officers initially became interested in the vehicle after it reportedly failed to use a turn signal. The vehicle then proceeded to flee from officers, running stop signs, and turning off its lights. Officers arrested Douglas Denny, and Nichole Rodrigues on warrants for obstructing a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating with no financial responsibility.
