PUTNAM COUNTY, Mo. – A elderly Unionville resident is facing a felony drug allegation in Putnam County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported the arrest of Thomas F. Harmon, 71, around 
10:40 Wednesday night. According to the online arrest report, Harmon was alleged to have been in felony possession of a controlled substance.
Harmon was processed at the county jail and later released pending formal charges.
