LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. — A pair of Virginia residents are accused of drug possession in Lafayette County.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Wayne R. Judd, 49, of Front Royal, Virginia, and Nathaniel A. Stanton, 20, of Chantilly, Virginia, were arrested in Lafayette County at approximately 4:20 a.m. Friday.
Both are charged with felony possession of marijuana as well as unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. In addition, Judd is accused of felony possession of a controlled substance – MDMA pills.
Judd and Stanton were both processed and released pending the filing of formal charges.
