CHILLICOTHE, MO – A Chillicothe resident who pleaded guilty to attempted forgery was taken into custody last week after a warrant was issued for probation violations.
According to a news release, Livingston County deputies responded to a request in serving a Caldwell County arrest warrant for Levi Terrell, 19.
County deputies cooperating with Chillicothe Police attempted to detain Terrell last Monday, when he began fleeing from law enforcement.
His vehicle reportedly reached speeds up to 80 miles per hour through Chillicothe, forcing oncoming traffic to avoid collisions. Terrell fled north into Grundy County, where deputies used spike strips to disable the vehicle.
After a foot chase, Terrill was captured. Additional charges are being sought.
