The Carrollton Police Department reportedly activated the department’s Tactical Response Team Wednesday to execute a search warrant in the 400 block of E 3rd Street in Carrollton.
As a result of that search warrant citing narcotics felonies, five individuals were arrested and three have been formally charged by the Carroll County Prosecutor. According to police, Mark Lee Smith, Jr, 28, Brandon Ray Adkins, 34, both of Carrollton, and Tye Nicole Wells, 23, of Chillicothe, were all charged with felony possession of a controlled substances and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
All are being being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
