HARRISONVILLE, Mo – A statement by the Cass County Sheriff indicates two subjects were taken into custody Thursday afternoon after a pursuit involving Kansas City police, and Missouri Highway Patrol.
At around noon Thursday, May 19, 2016, the Sheriff’s Office received reports of a stolen vehicle out of Kansas City. The pursuit, along southbound I-49, ended at 291 Highway after the stolen vehicle drove over a tire deflation device put in place by Harrisonville police.
Two females were apprehended and taken to the Cass County Jail.
Formal charges are pending.
