LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo.- A Kentucky man was released pending future court dates after a run-in with Troop A of the Missouri Highway Patrol this afternoon.
According to the filed arrest report, Brian Wilson, 37, of Mt. Sterling, Ky., was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine, methadone, and drug paraphernalia during his encounter with law enforcement around 1:00 p.m.
He is facing two preliminary felony charges and a misdemeanor as a result and was released pending the filing of formal charges.
