CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo. – Formal charges are expected today, after a Laclede woman was incarcerated in Caldwell County Tuesday afternoon.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported the 
arrest of Sarah M. Washam, 36, just before 2:00 yesterday afternoon. The arrest report alleges Washam was speeding, operating a vehicle without a valid license, and failed to have insurance. During the arrest, it was also alleged that Washam was in felony possession of a controlled substance.
Washam remains in the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24 hour hold.
