RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Richmond man remains in custody, after his arrest by the Highway Patrol in Ray County yesterday afternoon.
According to the online arrest
report, Marcus Forson, 37, has been in custody since his arrest just before 3:00 Tuesday afternoon. Forson was placed on a 24 hour hold on preliminary allegations of felony possession of methamphetamine, failing to signal and no insurance.
Formal charges are expected later this morning.
