SULLIVAN COUNTY, Mo.- The Missouri Highway Patrol served an active felony warrant on a Milan, Mo., man earlier today in Sullivan County.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., Travis Shaw was processed and released on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree harassment.
The warrant was issued on November 19, 2017 according to court records and an initial bond was set at $25,000 cash-only.
Today, December 7, 2017, Shaw appeared alongside attorney in Sullivan County Circuit Court and requested a bond reduction. Court approved the request under special conditions and he was further placed on house arrest with release approved through bond supervisor.
A future court setting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., January 4, 2017.
