CHILLICOTHE, MO – Another hearing was set Friday in a case against a Jamesport man.
At a 9 a.m. hearing in Livingston County, arraignment was held for Nicholas Levi Reed, who is accused of first degree statutory sodomy filed in May of 2010. The defendant waived formal arraignment, and entered a plea of not guilty. A continuation of the matter is scheduled for January 9, 2018, when the court hopes to set a trial date.
Reed also faces similar charges in Carroll County.
