CLINTON COUNTY, Mo. – A man and woman, caught after a pursuit Thursday night in Clinton County, are being held pending filing of formal charges.

Highway Patrol reported the arrest of Michael C. Drew, 42, of Kansas City and Joshaline L. Hinkle, 33, of Independence around 7:00 last night. Both are accused of felony delivery of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Drew is also held for allegations of felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony resisting arrest, exceeding the speed limit, fail to display valid plates and fail to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Each was placed on a 24 hour hold at the county jail.
