MARSHALL, MO – An Independence woman is being charged with unlawful delivery of drugs in Saline County.
A warrant dated Monday for Alexis Esquinca-Yanez include three allegations of delivery of a controlled substance; class C felonies. Two misdemeanor charges for possession of drugs and paraphernalia are also listed.
Esquinca-Yanez was arrested late Sunday by Missouri Highway Patrol for alleged possession of cocaine, prescription pills, and marijuana. A bond amount is to be set at $50,000. Future court dates have not been set.
