BATES COUNTY, Mo.- A Oklahoma man is facing drug charges in Bates County following a traffic stop involving Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol yesterday.
The filed arrest reports lists marijuana and an unidentified controlled substance as being seized during the arrest. At approximately 2:13 p.m., Ricky Meza, 31, of Enid, Ok., was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
He was processed at the Bates County Jail before being released pending the filing of formal charges.
