CLINTON COUNTY, Mo.- The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a Bogard, Mo., resident on drug possession allegations in Clinton County tonight.
James Keeney, 43, was reportedly in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. It is unknown how much methamphetamine was seized from Keeney but both allegations are classified as a felony.
The arrest report states that Keeney was processed at the Clinton County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold pending the filing of formal charges.
