CARROLLTON, MO – A Carrollton man guilty of burglary may face a proper sentence after numerous probation violation reports filed by the court.
A violation hearing was scheduled for Friday in Carroll County for Jacob Martin. Sentence for the burglary allegation was suspended in 2015. Martin posted bond in September this year after his arrest for the violation charges. A future violation hearing is scheduled for November 9, 2017.
