REYNOLDS COUNTY, Mo. – A traffic stop Monday, September 4, 2017 in Reynolds County, Mo. led to the arrest of a Richmond resident.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Darren L Frank, 52, was taken into custody for alleged felony possession of controlled substance-methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and no valid plates.
Frank was transported to the Ray County Jail for a 24 hour investigation.
Formal charges are pending.
