RAY COUNTY, Mo. – An Excelsior Springs woman is facing a felony drug allegation in Ray County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported the arrest of Tifanie N. 
Adams, 31, just before 1:00 Wednesday afternoon. Adams is alleged to have been in felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and a no insurance infraction.
Adams has prior Ray County charges of felony drug possession and a seat belt violation.
