CLINTON, MO – A fourth person has been taken into custody in connection with the death of Clinton police officer Gary Michael.
According to the Henry County Sheriff, the wife of a man charged with tampering with evidence, has been accused of hindering prosecution. William Noble is believed to have thrown the murder weapon into a body of water. His wife Brandie Noble was taken into custody pending formal charges for hindering prosecution. The same charge was also leveled at Clinton resident Jacob Johnson.
The murder suspect, Ian McCarthy was arrested august 8 .
