FULTON, Mo. – A pursuit by Fulton Police Friday night ended with a crash, a foot pursuit and an arrest.
When a Fulton officer observed a vehicle with incorrect plates, 
he realized the driver was Kavin B. Vance, who has several warrants for his arrest. When the officer initiated a vehicle stop, Vance sped away. After a winding chase around Fulton, Vance crashed into a utility pole, ran over a stop sign and hit a chain-link fence. Vance was arrested after leading responding officers on a foot chase.
Besides the traffic charges, Vance was in possession of marijuana and had a misdemeanor and a felony warrant for his arrest.
