CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. – A Carrollton man is being held until formal charges are filed for drug allegations in Carroll County.
The Missouri Highway 
Patrol reported the arrest of Alando E. Harker, 38, around 6:46 Wednesday evening. Harker was transported to the Ray County Jail to be held for allegations of felony possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana and prescription pills. He was also alleged to have been in misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Harker remains on a 24 hour investigative hold pending charges being filed.
