CARROLLTON, MO – A Carrollton man was taken into custody by Excelsior Springs Police Tuesday on allegations of stealing.
Deputies responded to a residence June 12, at which the owner claimed a trailer and tools were stolen from him. Some of those stolen items were reportedly found in the possession of Edward Arnold III, 34, during his arrest. Court documents cite a D felony for stealing $750 or more. Bond is set at $15,000. Court proceedings began this morning in Carroll County.
