LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. — A Chillicothe man was arrested in Chillicothe early on Saturday morning after law enforcement received reports of a suspicious person.
Reports indicated the suspicious individual was in a vehicle parked on private land in the 2700 block of North Washington Street at about 5:00 a.m. Saturday, June 10.
Upon responding to the scene, Chillicothe Police Officers took Jeromy J. Fainter, 26, into custody for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
He was taken to the Chillicothe Police Department where was processed and transferred to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Fainter is currently in custody on a $25,000.00 cash bond.
