BOONE COUNTY, Mo.– A Columbia resident has been taken into custody by local law enforcement on three felony charges. 
Driss Burch Zarhouni, 52, was arrested for elder abuse in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and stealing a motor vehicle.
A cash-only bond has been set at $500,000. Court dates are pending.
