LEXINGTON, MO – The case against an Odessa man continues with a hearing to compel information in the case.
A two day trial was also scheduled for June 14 as part of a murder case against Ryan Beamgard, 30. A motion hearing is today at 10 a.m. Beamgard was charged in May of 2016 with 2nd degree murder, assault, armed criminal action, and burglary.
Allegations against Beamgard indicate he shot two persons during a home invasion in Odessa, killing one, and wounding another.
