MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Mo. – A driver from Fulton is facing numerous charges and his passenger drug allegations after their arrest in Montgomery County 
Thursday.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report, Dalton Stuart, 19, of Fulton and Kaley Kostos, 17, of Warrenton are being held until they post bond on the allegations.
The report accuses Stuart of felony tampering with a vehicle, felony possession of methamphetamine, operating a vehicle without a valid license and having a felony Cole County warrant for drug possession.
Kostos was held for felony possession of a xanax bar.
