SEDALIA, MO – A Sedalia man was served a warrant Wednesday citing felony allegations.
Charges in an arraignment held for Charles Shaw, 57, included felony counts for burglary and stealing. A misdemeanor count listed in court records, is for 2nd degree property damage. The stealing charge is said to be drug related, according to documents. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety. The defendant’s presence is required in an upcoming hearing, dated April 25.
